Bio

My family and I have lived in the Seaside area since 2003 and love the beautiful environment in which we live as well as our community. I am married to Darren Gooch, IT and Marketing Manager, for the Sunset Empire Park and Recreation District and together we have three fantastic children who are now grown and making their way in the world. We also enjoy spending time with our dog, Maya. I love working with kids especially at the middle school level because of their fun attitude and high energy! I also love being a part of the Broadway team of educators that help prepare students for high school. My goal is to continue to do my best to ensure an engaging and meaningful learning environment for my students. I wish to help grow well-rounded and critically thinking citizens of our community.
